An app like the OWA App for iPhone/iPad, but now for Android devices. No need for ActiveSync and all it's troubles that come with it (for instance: SD encryption sometimes formats the SD with loss of data) and no worries about a complete remote wipe (potentially wiping personal data).

Mobile devices connecting to Exchange is the way of the future yet most of the time when we get new devices the old one stays in the list. I have a powershell script to clean these up, but it would be nice if this could be automated through Exchange.
Many organizations use shared mailboxes to get a people independent Mailbox for a team. In Outlook you have automapping of those mailboxes, but when you want to access it from your smartphone it is not possible as Activesync does not allow you to access shared mailboxes
For those mobile users that don't log into a domain, but are subject to domain password policies, it would be nice to have the ability to remind them when their passwords are going to expire.

Having the ability to have multiple Exchange calendars visible on your calendar on a mobile device instead of having all the appointments and all day events for all your co-workers on your personal calendar. We would have TEAM calendars that would have your team information on it and your personal calendar would allow you to add / remove the team calendars from view.
