Currently only modify write scope is supported. Adding possibility for change read scope limit from Orgaization-wide to OU would be very useful.
In the new Outlook on the Web in Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 reading pane includes an action button with a text and a drop-down list. The text and default action is Reply All. Suggestion to change that to Reply to prevent people from using Reply all by accident.
There should be an option on the server to have notifying of whether a recipient has read your email or not as mandatory without the ability to overwrite.
This would greatly improve inter-organization communication.
There should be an option to unsubscribe from group emails if you feel you're not necessary for the discussion.
It would alert the person who initiated the email chain of your request to unsubscribe and they can approve/disapprove the request.
If approved, all participants will have you removed from the email chain.
This would require saving the group details on the server I think to manage the subscribers.
I have two Exchange accounts registered in Outlook, one for Company A (e.g. my employer) and one for Company B (e.g. my client's firm - I'm a consultant). If I am trying to schedule a meeting with people from both organizations, I should be able to see everyone's free/busy data in the Scheduling Assistant view, not just the ones in the organization of the account that is sending the meeting invite.

Having the ability to have mail templates (recipients, subject, body / attachments) in OWA on personal mailboxes and especially on the shared mailboxes.
The "MyTemplate" application is really too limited (and it does not work in shared mailboxes)
This feature has already existed in the exchange CU5 2013.
It's really distressing not to have a global search engine
In a shared mailbox (or a mailbox open by delegation), mails drafts are saved in the drafts folder of the personal mailbox and not in the drafts folder of the mailbox. Users never think about moving again to the folder in the mailbox.
There should be a tool on emails suggesting the folders to archive them based on matching words from new email and existing emails, i.e.: There is a topic under discussion on an email chain and you have already created a folder to store these emails. Why not make actual "automatic" out of office replies based on user connectivity and automatically forward to any of the following:
> The distribution group the user belongs to (Small groups)
> User Selected member(s) of his/er distribution group (Larger Groups)
> User Selected member(s) (Non grouped users)
> Administrator Selected member(s) (Non grouped users)
Currently, Enable-MailContact feature is not available in EAC, please add this.
